Induction Foam Seal Liner
Induction Foam Seal Liner consists of an aluminum foil with an appropriate heat seal layer. Also a PE foam backing will come wit the aluminum foil seal layer. Foam seal induction liner is suitable for using with PET, PE, PP, PVC or Glass bottles & containers. The thickness of the PE foam layer is adjustable to meet the client requirements.
Induction Foam Seal Liner is one of the best sealing solutions for liquid products bottle sealing. It is a two-piece type induction sealing liner with PE foam layer. The PE foam layer will separate from aluminum foil and will remain in the bottle closure after completion of the induction process. Also the foam seal will avoid leakage after the aluminum seal will remove from the bottle during the consumption period.
Products like lubricants (motor oil), Edible oils, Fruit Juices, Cleansing liquids (glass cleaners), anti-freeze liquid etc seems the best to use with foam seal induction liner. It is also possible to use them with other kinds of products. See more examples here.
How to apply Induction Foam Seal Liner on product bottles?
The answer is, that’s too easy. Firstly, Induction Foam Seal Liner will insert into the Bottle or container closure. After the product will fill into the bottle and the cap will apply on to the container. Finally at the end bottle should be sealed by an induction sealing machine (whether hand held or automatic induction sealer). In order for the induction foam seal liner to function correctly, the closure must have sufficient means of retaining behind a retention bead. Also allowing the liner to rotate freely inside the bottle cap. The closure must press the induction liner firmly on the PET, PE, PP, PVC or Glass bottle neck. Otherwise a strong sealing won’t achieve even by using a high quality foam seal induction liner. Foam seal is very popular, we recommend to try it if you are packaging a liquid material that may use in multiple consumption times.
Induction Foam Seal Liner is mostly recommended for liquid products, such as motor oils, liquid medications, edible oils, paints and chemicals etc.
