The 1 pc type induction bottle seal is consisting of an aluminum foil layer with a heat seal layer. The heat seal layer maybe a PET, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) or PVC. Therefore it will provide a strong sealing on plastic bottle and containers. For each container we should consider the proper layer.
Two piece bottle sealing liners
The 2 pc induction cap seal liner is consisting of an aluminum foil layer with a heat seal layer. Layer which covers aluminum layer maybe a PET, PE, PP or PVC. Therefore it will provide a strong sealing on plastic bottle and containers as a result. For each container we should consider the proper layer.
The back layer probably is a paper backing (pulpboard) or PE foam laminated on the aluminum layer. This is the side which will insert into the container closure.
Induction Bottle Seal
Induction bottle seal will deliver consistent and reliable induction sealing to an extensive range of products and containers. By using bottle heat seal induction liners manufacturers will ensure that the pack remains intact and the product remains ‘factory fresh’ until it is going to be used by their clients.
How to apply induction bottle seal on the product bottles? First of all the induction seal liner should be inserted into the bottle closure. Secondly the product is filled into the bottle and the cap & liner should be applied to the container. Finally bottle will seal by an induction sealing machine (whether hand held or automatic induction sealer).
In conclusion in order for the induction foil seal liner materials to function correctly, the closure must have sufficient means of retaining the liner material behind a retention bead while allowing the liner to rotate freely and the closure must press the induction liner firmly on the bottle neck. Otherwise a strong sealing won’t achieve even by using a high quality bottle seal.
