Induction Sealers

Induction Sealers

Induction Sealers are a serious necessity to do secure induction sealing while using an induction liner. First of all a proper induction seal liner should insert into the bottle lid. After that, the product must fill into the plastic or glass bottle. Then the closure will apply on the bottle and finally by using induction sealers the bottle will be sealed.

There would be no special difference whether to use a hand held or automatic induction sealers. Only the speed would be different, the sealing quality would be almost the same. It is possible to apply Induction seal liners on Plastic Bottles (PET, PE, PP and PVC). Also they can seal Glass bottles, jars and containers with proper induction sealers and foil seal liners. The bottle closure material must be plastic; otherwise the induction sealer can’t seal the bottles.

There are different kinds of induction sealing machines that clients can choose them based on their requirements. It is necessary to have some information before we recommend the proper induction sealer to our clients.

  • Bottle the neck diameter
  • Bottle Material
  • Product inside the bottle
  • Speed they need and budget the can spend
