Induction cap seal is one of the most secure, most popular and cheapest sealing solutions for a variety of bottle and container materials. It is possible to apply it on plastic bottles (PET, PE, PP, and PVC) as well as glass bottles and jars. Induction cap seal liners would be available in different types based on their application. They can be as a 1 pc or 2 pc cap liners in the market. The one piece type seal liner is consisting of an aluminum foil layer with a heat seal layer which can be a PET, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) or PVC for sealing plastic bottle and containers. The two piece type cap seal liner is consisting of an aluminum foil layer with a heat seal layer which can be a PET, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) or PVC for sealing plastic bottle and containers on one side and a paper backing (pulpboard) or PE foam backing on the side which will insert into the bottle cap.
One piece cap liners will come in clean peel and welded types. The clean peel provides a peel-able foil seal liners to the containers which can be easily remove from the bottle opening at the time of consuming the product. Welded seal liners stick harder and need to remove using a sharp tool like a knife for easier removal. Both of the mentioned cap seal liners will provide a tamper-evident sealing to containers.
